The FB staff is very prompt & responsive .I wanted non spicy food & most times they could get it right away.The morning buffet bfast too is quite elaborate.They serve tea/coffee in a desi glass, which is also nice.Sanjay Yadav the restaurant mgr is very friendly and responsive,Than Alam ,Sunil Mohan & Rajendra Joshi.They are a asset to this hotel.I see them in Banqueting too , they are multi functional.
At the front desk Saurav Ghosh was always eager to help & this is quite a common feature in this hotel.
How ever they could also go the extra mile once they know the guest & his preferences.
Its only when you ask they get it for you.
At the coffeeshop the music becomes mundane & repetitive.The TV channels also become boring & repetitive .Perhaps they could look at the composition of the guest and play some interesting music depending on the time of the day.Also with the TV programme.
The toilet seat seemed imbalanced and at times it gets detached.
The water around 12 pm or so is not hotel for taking a shower.
There is definitely a noisy element in the morning when they shift the furniture or whatever on the 5th floor or do the vacuuming.Though its around 7am or thereabouts .
Its something to work upon as lots of hotel should be sensitive to peace & quiet atmosphere .The sound of music also travels in.
The big lounge sofa chair in the room seems to tilt perhaps needs some attention on the balance .
On two instances, The inroom dining was a shade slow.
The Ac grills in the restaurant also need cleaning.
In the hotel driveway, there are plants with huge pots but they are all different variety, a group of some variety would enhance, the gardener appeared to be without much to do.
The restaurant collects visiting cards,& the glass bowl in which it is collected , is balanced between a taped arrangement.Hope it does not come off.

Wonderful place to stay. Lovely staff.
The chef "Thapa" and Bar supervisor "Bipin" are commendable. Their recommendations are so tasty and yummy. They created the alacarte dishes based on our taste....and we were floored with their hospitality.

For me this hotel works perfectly because it’s very close to one of my client offices at Noida. Very good rooms and pretty decent fare on the room service menu. Good business facilities as well and couple of programs conducted here ran very smoothly. The variety in the lunch buffet is also pretty good. Overall a good experience.

The best 4star i have ever stayed in... Good quality food, room cleaning is awesome, staff is amazing..... Everything is perfect... Nailed it.. The living nature of staff is very polite and straight forward which i likes a lot in them.... No issues with the management... Transportation facility is awesome even if u have to travel 0.5 miles, they'll provide u the cab....Hotel nailed it..

This was my second time at this hotel. I was not too happy even the first time but did not really bother much cos it was a one night stay.
However, the second time was really horrible bad. The hotel does not have a ramp so you to carry your suitcase on the steps. The security guard is standing on the threshold and looking, but does not offer a helping hand to drag the suitcase. Once I reach the threshold then the security guard wants to drag the suitcase which is actually no help at all.
Their executives cannot speak a single sentence in english... well then don't try... hindi is ok too. And if you need English speaking execs then pls train them better instead of them making a fool of themselves.
i check out at 730 am and they were packing newspapers in the sleeves in the main lobby for distribution to rooms. i would preferred newspaper delivery a little earlier so that i could read it with my tea.
The food is very average but super overpriced.
I don't think I am coming back to this hotel again.
