The Prestige Inn - Rocky Mountain Resort, in Cranbrook, B.C. really has everything! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We recently had our wedding in Cranbrook, B.C. The Prestige Inn was our top recommendation for our guests. We also stayed there as well. Everything was clean, organized, and well-done. The Don Cherry's Pub and Grill was awesome! Also, the Station Salon was amazing! We appreciate all of their help in making our weekend wonderful. <3

We stayed here for one night and we were less than impressed. The lobby area is nice but the rest of the hotel is not. The hallways are dark and dingy. The rooms are very dark. It looks like it may have been a renovated older hotel. There were flies in the room and there was a bug in my shoe in the morning. When we were checking in the staff seemed indifferent. The train tracks are along the back of the hotel so it can be noisy. We will not stay here again.

Rooms have no soundproofing. Awoken at 6:30 am to the sound of children and adults in room above us jumping, running, shouting etc. Complained to front desk staff when we checked out but they seemed unconcerned at best although one staff member did apologize.

it's very nice, clean, well taken care of ,I think they had a renovation that was well done, I was very happy with my room, just wish, there was parking for large trucks , I just need to find a good spot to park, and cab it over.

Super nice hotel with friendly helpful staff. Very clean an quiet room. Would definitely stay again if ever in Cranbook. Close to evrrything in town but far enough out to be quiet. Wonderful train muesum next door for all the train fans out there.
