Room was cozy and Good ...nice place to stay reception people always greeting and smiling & helpful reception manager good enough to understand guest needs and demands,r adda a happening place and they even have very good spa and a decent pool.Good housekeeping and bfast menu is small but good enough and tasty.would definitely re visit again...

It was a nice stay here in this hotel, good location, staffs are very friendy and helpful. Good food and good spread for breakfast. Only thing which disturbed me was noise from the pub which is on top floor... you can't even walk in lobby in the night, because of the pub crowd.

I travel a lot but never came across such a bad place. I don’t even know how to start. overall super out worn, dirty bed sheets (feels not fresh, used ones), Dirty towels with holes in it, phone not working, WiFi Login changes every day, internet crazy slow, no one seems to speak proper English or is willing to understand, the A/C brings out bad air, the shower is sprinkling in all directs but not where it should be. Bathroom dirty. Double room but every thing like cups, towels, etc only one time in the room?!
there’s a club upstairs - you can hear the music in the room.
reception is calling for whatever reason couple times a day, but the phones speaker is not working so you can’t hear them.
Breakfast room has an inside and outside area. Inside it’s always very crowded. If you sit outside you’ll have to sit next to Ravens that are eating the leftovers from the people that left breakfast. It’s crazy.
Never been more happy to leave this place.

Its very nice stay in mumbai at near of juhu. Very good n nice behaviour all staff. Very good location so nice food. I am thanksfull to All hotel staff who serve me complimentary my breakfast in my room due to i am diabitic pateint. So i take always insuline on wakeup time in my thie. So they co-operative nature all staff.thanx Sherkhan huseini

I was very worried reading at the reviews here that the hotel is not at all good. But luckily I did not face any problems here and had a decent stay at the hotel. But food needs to be looked into which is a concern area otherwise a not bad stay for me.
