Hotel's room condition is poor, toilets are not clean and one can see the paint stains on the floor.hotel location is around 500 m from the main road.only plus point of this hotel is their staff, ok if you are staying in a large group.

Such a good hotel nearly of nahrghar fort.
Most suitable property in this area.pool service aslo here, restaurant also, chekin chek out flexibility.staff is so good and well behaved. Bear and clean room.

No doubt a lovely place with courteous staff,Looks like a palace with a lovely swimming pool, I booked a room for one night, escorted by front desk agent , just love the painting fixed in lobby, spacious room with authentic touch, Special mention Mr. Ram who took care of us through out our stay. But food wasn't as per my expectation and I shocked when I saw there was not even a single amenity in guestroom like towels,shop,shaving kit,dental kit, even water was also not there, they charged me for water as well, that was very disappointing.

We stayed for 2 nights at Hotel Red Fort Heritage in Jaipur. To start with , the Hotel was difficult to locate, further compounded by the fact that we reached here on a rainy night. The hotel is about 500m off the highway with a broken road leading up to it.On first appearances, the hotel looks impressive but sadly that's not the case. The rooms are large and fairly decent. However, the service here isn't. The didn't have running hot water when we arrived so we had to wait for almost an hour for the same. The food and breakfast that we had was average at best. They advertise a swimming pool, but the lesser said about the pool and it's environs the better. We had booked 2 rooms and there was only one other guest in such a large hotel.I'd say the rooms are the only redeeming feature here. I'm sure there would be much better options in a place like Jaipur. So i'd advise travellers to give this place a miss.

The location is really good if you're looking to stay in Amer area. The locality is quiet and peaceful.
The rooms are spacious, Mostly clean
Staff is courteous and checkin was smooth
We order a hakkah noodles which tasted decent on typical Indian-chinese Cuisine standard
If you're from Jaipur and looking for a weekend getaway this place serves you good!
I'm giving it a 4 because it needs a little more Maintenance with respect to rooms walls, bathrooms
