The hotel boasts a 2 min walk to the beach which definitely isn't true. More like 10. Honesty goes a long way...
Check in was like an immigration check. My passport was examined for almost 10 minutes. The room was set right at the back of the hotel. It was dirty- the cushions had marks on them, the sheets felt unclean, no toilet roll, no soap, no water even. In fact water was never provided free. The sink was full of ants. The water was cold. Our fan wasn't working either. The door knob broke and we called the on-sight handyman to fix this and the fan. When it became apparent that the repairs weren't going to be possible quickly, we requested a room change which thankfully was agreed.
We moved rooms to a smaller but better room overlooking the main pool. However, cleanliness isn't this hotel's priority that's for sure. The sheets had marks. The air con hardly worked and at 5am for 3 hrs, there was a ringing, very much like an alarm, which was infuriating. Our room wasn't cleaned that first night in the new room. 😡 No fresh towels... And the toilet was broken.
The security guard was rude when we asked about parking. We know there was nothing at the hotel but a bit of advice on nearby parking is all we wanted. The list seems endless.
This hotel will do little by way of any action on my complaints. I know they capitalise on the location- it's right in the midst of the action in Candolim. Such a shame because it has potential to be a luxury spot.

Location of the hotel is very good. Lots of Bike rental shop , restaurant, and market is nearby. Room was clean enough. Hospitality of the staff was good. One problem I have faced during my stay , they have to be more organised for the complimentary breakfast.

Reception per was rude. Did not provide bed for 3rd person as my booking was for 3 person for 2 rooms. No water, soap, toilet paper. They are not co-operative. No car parking. No menu choice for breakfast. Wifi is also not upto par. They charged as per 5 star hotel room but they do not provide facility. They even do not help/guide me when I asked them for places to visit for my trip. Not co-operative at all. Frequent power outage and have to sleep without A/C even though I paid for A/C room. I will not recommend unless you do not have other option.

Our stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. Main pool near the reception was my favourite. Hospitality on behalf of the manager and support staff is appreciable. It is worth for money!! But there is scope of improvement!

I have come here to celebrate my birthday with my family. They are having very small beds so of you have some infont, you will not able to adjust to sleep. I am having one infant and they even dont care how will we spend pur night. Second thing, cleaning team will change the towels every alternate days.They have rules written somewhere in the room and expect us to read those first and then stay.No hospitality during breakfast time as well. They cant arrange even a cup of milk on request for my kid. Got simple no on all the requests. If you are planning Goa with your friends for drinking this is ok resort.
