When I first arrived I was like wow but Katrina made my family stay beautiful. The staff William.. Lucky... Dorcas... Venita...Precious where awesome. They where all helpful I like the fact it look like I was staying in Africa not some polish hotel. With the thatch roof villas that made my trip more enjoyable we will be back in April..Love you guys <3

On the facts that it's very cozy and got big rooms and the price is really cheap when you see the room space. It's a place for a family to relax. I wouldn't recommend it for it for people who want to party because they security or the reception stay till midnight only. Nevertheless, it's one of the nicest hotels to stay in.

Not near 4 star standard. TV channels are severely limited if and when they work. Reception unmanned for most of the time and management seldom seen. Breakfast adequate at best.You can do a lot better for the rates being charged.

First impressions were good- a very large converted thatched Sandhurst home – full of antiques – set in a spacious well kept garden - my room spacious with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom – but for me that was it – the shortcomings – my arrival coincided with another guest and we had to share the receptionists only pen to complete the booking form – in the room - bedside light not working, chair too low for the desk, no creamer or milk in the amenities tray ( I had to ask twice for fresh milk) - TV reception was poor - also having to choose my breakfast on arrival and give a set time to eat the next morning is not 4 star especially for a breakfast that was below standard – but enough now – this place is lacks supervision – in this price range there must be better options nearby – I have no reasons to go back

Hotel is well located, with expansive gardens, and has a tranquil setting. The main building is an old thatch roofed house & the guest rooms are spacious. The staff are very pleasant & eager to please.
