It's unfortunate that the hotel management has adopted unfair trade practices to make some extra money from gullible customers with items in minibar by charging them more than the MRP. For 1 litre water with MRP 20, the hotel charges rs 50 plus additional tax .same is the case of a pepsi can MRP 25/- being sold at 50 rs and a small Lays chips pack being sold at 30/-. . This is absolutely illegal as ruled by consumer courts which states that for packages commodities as aforementioned, MRP is maximum retail price and there is neither extra GST nor service tax.
Having to pay more than MRP to such hotels through such illegal means leaves a negative aura about their polices. As a consumer , I am offended by this , but choose to not spoil my mood after arguing and disputing about the same with the management.
Such cheap extortion practices are usually expected from mediocre hotels. It would have been acceptable if they increased the room rent if they wanted some extra bucks , rather than resort to such illegal trade practises .

Good place to feel at home..excellant people to take care of your needs..Dont expect 5 star comfort and luxury but expect basic but clean and comfort..It was valued well but recently tarrifs were raised and makes it costly compared to similar properties nearby..I personally choose this place because of my familiarity and staffs me well of my needs ..

Great place to stay. Very clean. Attentive staff. Good vegetarian food (egg is available). Great location. Easy access to many attractions. Family friendly. Twenty four hour security. Room service available.

I stayed here with family from 4th July till 8th July. I had booked in TAJ and got it changed fortunately as my parents had stayed here previously. I would say that this is the most reasonably priced accommodation most centrally located which gives the best value for money. Service quality, privacy that you get and the house keeping are all at par with any five star hotels.
My reservation was very professionally attended by one Ms Rakhee, all the staff are very efficient. We booked 3 rooms ( they are like suites with independent living kitchen and bedrooms) and we had a great time. Total privacy. They have a decent veg buffet breakfast too. I would strongly recommend this place.

SFS Homebridge is absolutely a class apart . Ambience no match , Cleanliness beats 5 stars , Food excellent , Customer Service a step ahead , Location again heart of the city but away from the maddening crowd . A definite place when you are at Trivandrum
