One can stay here at the resort or just visit this resort for dinner only. We have gone here for many a dinners. The most recent one was in Nov. 2017 and the food was excellent! Dining al fresco on the lawn with low lighting (sometimes a bit too low to read the menu lol) is wonderful. Surprisingly, no mosquitoes!! The mojito moctail here is one of the best I must say. Everything from appetizers to dessert was good. Definitely worth a visit.

Silent shores is a top quality resort in the outskirts of Mysore city. Conveniently located from tourist hot spots. The rooms are of a high quality with all the usual luxurious amenities. Huge swimming pool and cycling track with cycles available. The restaurant has a good mix of Indian, Oriental and Continental food with buffet option as well. Spa is excellent. Great place for a family getaway or to stop en route to Ooty or Coorg, The complimentary breakfast buffet was excellent. Great landscaping of the resort.

Silent shores is a beautiful property perched in a quaint location around 7 kms from Mysore down town.
Loved every minute of my stay here. Highly recommended for kids as it has a lovely pool , a nice park and lots of open green space. The staff was very courteous and the food was delectable.
We stayed in the cottages overlooking the lake .The view was absolutely fantastic.

It was an official dinner that I had been to at silent shores, the set up was lovely, calming and the staff were quite hospitable. The food was alright, I tried the tandoori items, it was good.
It looks clean and comfortable

Very nice resort to stay with family. Children would enjoy the place as there are lots of activities and place for the to play. Spacious duplex rooms at very reasonable price. Nicely maintained property and always kept clean by house keeping staff. Buggy service inside the resort is also good.
