Breath taking view from around the establishment and from the rooms. It's surrounded with tea gardens and you can stroll through the gardens over the hills. We walked across the gardens stretching over multiple hills for kilometers. Our most trusted guide and companion was Soni, a adorable Labrador from the establishment.
The staffs were very friendly and caring about every minute concerns we had. We spent many hours just talking with the staffs.
The hotel charge was little bit on the higher side but our expenses were well worth and I am ready to visit this place again 10 times.

Having a great days when we are visiting sunvalley homestay. Better place to stay, having a nice view frm the rooms, the staffs were extraordinary providing all your needs to make a wonderful stay. During season times, try to stay over here (coonoor), dont stay at ooty, we are frequently visiting and having our days more delight

We were planning to visit Ooty when one of my husband's colleague suggested we try Sun Valley homestay in Coonoor. And I am so glad we did!! The best thing about this my husband is now not sceptical about staying in homestays. 😃
A beautiful property, with so much greenery that we tried to fill our lungs with as much fresh air as possible. An always smiling staff is always there to help and welcome you. Specially Shahrukh and Rameez. Thank you guys!! The view from the room was breathtaking. And the mornings were not worth missing out for anything. We took a walk to their tea estate which was well maintained and we had company of Soni, one of the pet dogs at the homestay. I found her very friendly and she was very sweet. The food was truly amazing! We would definitely recommend it to all who are planning to visit Coonoor.

Good Resort, Food was excellent, Resort has a very good view towards the adjacent tea plantation. Thanks to the staff (Anisha, Raghav, sharukh and... others) who made the stay a pleasant one.
Concern - the road from near by town to resort is though not pleasant, you may be surprised, are you going to the same place you read in the reviews.

Pros:- Great Valley view, Kids love to play around and pets were great company.
Cons:- Approach road is narrow and sign board was missing at one important place.
Food variety was limited,although it was tasty.Room looked cramped as wardrobe though provided was not offered to keep our luggage. Wifi didn't work second day,but not a big problem.Our room was adjacent to a office,could hear constant ring tones of telephone, was rectified later after we complained, immediately. All in all it was decent stay,with good service and staff.
