The hotel is very new, all inclusive and super clean. The pool is amazing and is the highlight of the hotel. The meals were really good and different everyday. The compound is very secure, with an electric fence and a huge front gate.

Very nice place. Secure, good food (breakfast was wonderful) Beach clean with persons picking up garbage all the time. Pool areas clean. Hot tubs are nice and intimate. Friendly and wonderful staff from the time you arrive until you leave. Wonderful bar as well...lots of drinks to choose from.
Overall a lovely place to stay for a getaway! Would advise anyone to go.

Security was tops! Hospitality, cleanliness and customer service is certainly a key part of the staff's training. The food was excellent I'm pretty sure there's a Trini chef employed. Fresh fruit is very appreciated and is present at all meals, great when traveling with a fussy kid! Dessert was phenomenal every day. Did surely miss the flan though.

I stayed here for Carnival 2017. The food was terrible...no taste...no name tags on food..flies, cats and birds while eating. The chicken tasted fresh...I got food poisoning...the desserts are not appealing...same breakfast everyday. The chef frying eggs is not professional or have any ambition of doing her job. After a whole day of shopping upon returning to hotel to get a good night sleep, there is loud music by the pool and party starting 9pm - 10pm...no sleep or any sort of relaxation after shopping. The facilities are run down...no shampoo in bathroom...tv in spanish...hotel staff speak only spanish.

Good place to stay, decent rooms and really cheap for what everything the hotel includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, all drinks includes, has a great location to the beaches are very close, to 15 min by taxi to get to the center where are all the malls, great place recommended
