Hotel is good. Breakfast is yummy. But service is bad. You have to complain/request 2/3 time before it will be attended. However it's location made it good. I advise fellow travelers to check rooms first before accepting as some rooms are dirty and have bad smell.

I stayed in the hotel for a week. The staff there is exceptionally courteous. The rooms are clean and well maintained. You get everything ordered in your room within few minutes. But the food is not very good. There is very less variety of food available and the quality of food is also average. Overall, it was a good experience for such price.

Its an averagely maintained hotel with good location. Rooms in the hotel are good but need a bit of more. Room service menu also shows round the clock menu but the kitchen closes at 11 PM and this was the Biggest disappointment. Buffet breakfast is average with very few variety and options.

This is one of the few good hotels within a budget range available in shivaji nagar area of Pune. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The morning buffet breakfast is sumptuous. The hotel is centrally located to the old business district areas of Pune.

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel as claimed. An average or little above average property. Lacks on professionalism. Rooms_ executive, deluxe and suite. Very little difference in executive and deluxe category, room size same. Only in deluxe category u get bigger window glass pane, sitting sofa little more comfortable and washroom have bathtub and hair dryer. Rest both rooms are same. Room size not very big, but quite adequate. Front desk ppl good but doesn't have a warm welcoming attitude. Also chk out bit long, don't be surprised for billing mistakes etc. If u book thru mmt, goibibo or any other non direct online sites, they won't let u chk in before mentioned chk in time. Due to located at a very prime locational junction, the hotel runs full. Breakfast spread very limited and you have to wait for long to get refilled when exhausted. Paratha, Puri, Idli, bread are almost regular. Dosa and eggs are avl on demand. Juice glasses look like 30 ml ones. Yes tea coffee avl. Room service average, but food quality I found is quite good. Housekeeping is also average. Sometime u have to remind them what u asked for. Sometimes they forgets to provide u basic amenities like towels etc while cleaning room. I will give good marks for their room cleanliness. WiFi is good. In overall definitely a recommendable budget hotel mainly for business travellers to stay 1 or 2 nights.
