Beautiful spacious premier room with an exclusive balcony.we had a small problem at the time of check in which was sorted out in minutes by duty manager tanushree. From check in till check out every penny spent is absolutely worth it in this fabulous hotel with perfect location and would highly recommend everyone to experience THE LEELA.

Beautiful place to stay in , but food menu for Buffet is not that attractive or as per 5 star standard .. most basic sea food like Prawns and Pomfret fishes were missing .. Pork items were missing .... Need to work on the Buffet Menu ... . even mutton items were hard to find :-( .. Average service as we had to hunt for Spoons to eat ice-cream and sweet dish ..

Spent the past Sunday 12th November to celebrate my Wife's birthday. Was a little disappointed as our expectations were a lot higher from the Leela Brand. After checking in we decided to get something to eat.
Trying to get into the Italian restaurant from the 3rd floor was a task. Had to come down to the lobby and ask for help. Front desk said that the guard would help us but there was no guard to help resulting in over 10 minutes of frustration and wastage of time.
Loud conversations by staff on the 3rd floor where we were staying created even more disturbance.
Authentic italian food at the Italian restaurant and the buffet breakfast was excellent.

Staff is quite friendly and helpful! The rooms are beautiful & cosy. If you get a chance stay at their 2bhk. Its worth the wait. The food is very tasty and you should try their sea food at once at the restaurants.

I am a regular customer to Leela ambience Gurgaon from last year. Stayed always in there 1 BHK beautiful spacious rooms with dinning Mr Rohit at the reception is very helpful ,understanding ,cooperative & very polite accommodating me & giving me a room in packed hotel made my day today
Would recommend hotel for a relaxing stay restaurants are amazing with excellent food in buffet lunch & dinner
Hotel staff very helpful & understanding giving guest complete personal attention
Would give 5star rating to the hotel
