The hotel is badly maintained. Beds are dirty and very unhygienic. Air conditioner was not working properly and I had to change the room twice. Though the staff was co-operative and did all the cleaning required. I would rate this hotel 2 and would not suggest anyone to visit this hotel. According to the price the hotel is not worth.

my wife and me stayed in this hotel on 9 th February my hotel was booked through Makemy Global tours Gaziabad. this hotel location nearer to railway station and Padmanabhan temple .this hotel is badly maintained .rooms are very very small . rooms and toilet is very dirty .beds are dirty and very unhygienic to stay similar is towels etc . staff are very rude and unco operative. this is not at all a star hotel

Had a very pleasant stay with family, Good rooms, friendly staff and very conveniently located. The food at the restaurant was amazing as well, especially the afternoon keralite lunch. They also have a very good Ball room, perfect for formal meetings & can cater family / friendly get-togethers.

Good for an solo traveler not fit for a family stay, as the service and ambiance are not suitable for a family, you feel isolated if you are with a family the restaurant too is not up to mark i could say average or below average.. the rooms were good and neat as my stay here was almost a year and half ago..

I've had to choose a random earliest date as the date options are limited here.
This place was created with some kind of vision. And had it been better maintained it would have made for a wonderful stay.
As it is it was not so bad.
It's definitely not good for eats and that's not a problem as it's got some eateries around and good food can be had at a short bracing walk's distance.
In the condition that it was it's basic, fairly decent and mostly occupied by people from the Middle East.
