Right from the check in procedure to the warm hospitality The Westin has always been my priority stay hotel. We had come to celebrate our anniversary and the cake placed in the room with a hand written note was a sweet and memorable gesture from the hotel. Keep up the good work.

Medici has always been an amazing party place in the town. With perfect music and amazing artists the place is home to weekends. The VIP section is great, and we extremely love "Saturdaying" here. Mentioning about - Kanika, Arpan , Rahul who have always been helpful in making Medici an awesome place

I had an opportunity to stay in the suite, however there were a couple of things which could have been better.
1. The restroom was not clean it had a stink
2. The spread for the buffet was not great as compared to the rest of the hotels i stayed
3. TV Cable connection had serious problems. You should either get it checked or move from Videocon to any other service provider
Overall it was a great experience as i stayed in a suite for the first time and my expectations were quite high considering that.

I have stayed at a lot of good hotels and I usually never like the big business hotels. They have this efficiency vibe which is cold & sort of wanting to make you only come back to the room to sleep. Westin on the other hand was completely different. Dotted with beautiful sculptures & art it exuded a not so business like vibe. Of course it was efficient and crisp as a hotel but it has gone beyond. It ensured that I didn’t feel the need to leave the hotel at all. It has a beautiful terrace bar Mix 36 overlooking the city which is the best place to inwind after a days work and then if you have good company & energy you can head to the House of Medici which plays good music, has good drinks and has a vibe that wants you to dance. The breakfast spread is great - an obvious must have for a good hotel. It is quite a good place to stay. Definitely on my list for next visit as well.
