Stayed only one night there- while the surroundings are beautiful, building and room is not the best value for money. People were nice, but slow to react to my requests, frequent power outage- very risky when you are in the gym on a jogging machines, rooms are very basic. But the surrounding of the buildings were very nice. Suman who picked me up from the airport was very kind and supportive, other people were less helpful.

When u are in Kolkata u must visit this place, away from city crowd a place for couples and family with outdoor and indoor activities. Staffs are very polite and supporting. Hotels room are clean and the view from the rooms gives you totally different feeling.

The resort is undoubtedly good but the roadway leading upto this resort is terrible. And I sincerely found it overpriced. Good for weekend getaway. Food is good, complimentary breakfast is lavish. Staff should improve their communication skills.

It was my first time visit to Kolkata and i stayed in Vedic Village.Its a place filled with Peace and serenity and loads of greenery around. Wonderful rooms especially the deluxe suits which gave me a homely feeling. Dint feel like coming back. The food was good and the staff were very friendly. Overall i had a great time in Vedic Village and had a awesom cherishing memories.

The resort is awesome. We had booked our stay for 2 nights over the weekend. It was thoroughly enjoyable. The breakfast was good. Swimming pool was clean and well built. My daughter enjoyed it. Only minus point is the road to resort.
