I reach hotel around 1:30pm. In room no towel, so called but waiting till 3 pm but not received the towel. Again 3PM went to reception and ask for towel but not got. I went outside without Bath because outside place will not wait for me. During 1:30pm to 3:00pm I went for lunch inside resort.
They don't have fan in food place, externally hot place. I asked food to deliver at room they said no. After lot of discussion they provide fan.
I went outside and back at 6:30pm again asked for towel and finally lot of calls I got towel at 7:30pm. I have taken the Non AC room, so I should open the window during night, but window mat is not good, so not able to open and it is very hot room.
During night time 3 times light went 1:30am, 3:00am and 5:30am. They don't have generator. Again they have given very bad fans, when light come you have to stand up and start the fan again. So understand I am not able to sleep complete night.
In side the room, there are lot of ants and it byte my kids, so he cry complete night.
Now morning start, I asked tea and it come after 40mins. In my booking BF added. So I went for BF. But what they says, in BF tea and water will not consider. After lot of fight they added tea in BF. They charge around 400 rs for BF and asking to eat around 40 to 50 rs food. I reported all the complain to manager and he is saying I will give discount for this, but I have not taken from manager.

i was with my family. rooms were spacious . Other this are not well maintained. Food is pathetic. I opted for a dinner inclusion package. Food service is also pathetic. we were served rotten chapatis . After complaining to their manager we were served veg palav in which we manged to fill our stomach.

as this hotel is situated in khushalnagar in plane terrain you can not get feeling of staying in valley also rooms are average service is not so good and night entertainment program is only in local language which all other can not understand

Day 01 we were welcomed with a chill weather and then we had a welcome drink, later we had a cultural activity organized by this Resort. This seems to be done on daily basis, few songs, dances and drama. Local traditional songs were the highlights.
Swimming pool was one of the highlight which was really clean and was enjoyable with my kid.
Play area was also good with the ambience, felt relaxed in this resort. Any food ordered was upto the mark in terms of taste and details as said by the attender.
The quality of the milk, coffee, food were really awesome, try to avoid lunch over there.
Have breakfast and dinner which is really good, over all the stay and food was really good, my family enjoyed a lot. I stayed in "Brahmagiri no:9"

We had stayed with a group of friends few days back. Deal was good. Was upsold to Deluxe room. Food was good. But the fish curry was really of bad taste. This place is suggested not for families. They have a good pool and evening activities for all.
