We have been to terracotta for our Anniversary, the food was really but the service is really bad. There were a group of foreigners and all the waiters were around him. We had to wait for sometime to get the order placed and even after that we were not happy.

During our stay in India for 4 years, we frequently had our lunches at Latitude, the restaurant on the ground floor of Taj Vivanta Whitefield.
So it will not come as a surprise to you that many of the staff of this hotel are well known to me.
I live abroad nowadays, but in September 2017 I revisited this hotel again.
Many staff changes were noticeable.
In a quiet moment Dhanajay Yadav (one of the 'old' staff members) introduced me to his new teammates in Latitude, a small gesture that I highly appreciated, thank you Dhananjay!
I only visited the hotel for a few days, but I cant say enough about the welcome I got there: even my birthday was taken care of!
Ujjawal, Pashu, Bipin, Nishant, Harriender, Madhesu, Biswajit, Anupam, Sreekumar and all those others staffmembers (a too long list to write here), thank you very, very much for the unforgettable warm welcome that you've given me. It was as if I had never left!
The food served to me was excellent and the hospitality and taken care of was really TAJ....truly magnificent.
I'm already looking forward to my next visit.
See you all next year April!

This was my first working trip to India and when I booked the Vivanta Taj for work in Bangalore, I was assured by colleagues that the chain was one of the best in India. It certainly lived up to this, with astonishing service and attention to detail. Staff remembered our preferences of table, food, drink. They made the effort to chat and offer advice and where to visit when not working. Pravan from the gymn,pool area was so attentive, he again made time to talk and to ensured we had the most comfortable time relaxing when we weren't working around by the pool. It was always a pleasure for us to see Pravan and his smile. I travel for work frequently, however I've never stayed somewhere where I've felt so welcome. I intend to book Vivanta TAJ again on my next trip to India, be it with work or leisure.

Thanks so much for a wonderful week. As always you have treated me with great hospitality and amazing service level.
The service you provide is so fantastic, which cannot be compared with anything else.
All staffs is well trained in what they do and it seems like all staff are eager to have the customer in focus.
I do not remember all the names of all the skilled people I met during my stay. But a special thanks to the Chef Anwar Ali Ansari and Executive Chef Satya Narayan for bringing delicious food to my table. Try the baby lamb leg, its a dream.
Thanks to Front Office Manager and General Manager Sunil Taneja, for taking so good care of me and all my special request during my visit.
Thanks to the swimming pool guy, who brought coffee to me in the morning ;-)
Thanks again to all of you for taking good care of me during my visit in 2017.
I would love to come back one day with my family.

Great experience and a great room, loved the soap. Staff were helpful and friendly. Should check out the 1st floor restaurant and Tease bar rather than the main restaurant, more expensive but worth it.
