It's a really nice hotel built up near the market while the location is convenient enough to stay. Ofcourse, Munnar is known for its Greenery and hotel had a good view as well. We enjoyed the stay. Stayed in 2011

We stayed at the hotel from 20th to 23rd August. The location of the hotel is very convenient. It has all the amenities that are generally expected. The staff is very courteous and helpful and service very good. The manager himself was present every morning and evening to ensure that his command was functioning smoothly. The breakfast served is very good and thoughtfully changed on a daily basis. No swimming pool etc.

This hotel is situated at a very nice place. You can get awesome view from balcony. Reception staff is also quite helpful. Rooms are also nice, decent and clean. A very good option for a stay of few days in Munnar.

Feels so good by the greenery around hotel. Staff is friendly and caring. Good to visit this hotel. The hotel is located on top of mountains choose room beside tea plantation. It is budget hotel with more facilities.

Rooms facing the tea plantations on the other side of the road are recommended because of the view and more spacious. One of our rooms was downgraded to a smelly and dirty road facing room as the toilet and TV were not working on the bigger one. One hour and 15 min for dinner at the inhouse restaurant, they struggled to cater even for three small families. Buffet breakfast and dinner on the second day was good. Night manager at reception desk was least bothered for customer care and rather preferred to be talking on his mobile phone all the time. Plenty of better options in Munnar if you have to choose.
