The resort is at the top of munnar.
Its too cold there so had geyser facility.
The rooms are good and clean.
When we asked for tea it was not available and second time it was available.
The restaurant was open for dinner not for lunch and had only few vegetable options.
You can do the photography here, as its nicely decorated. It is kid friendly as it offers swings for kids.
It is little expensive.

Not value for money. Restaurant is dicey & could not figure out when food/tea is available. Reception was helpful but not pleasing. Room size is average, bathrooms are just ok. We had problem with hot water.

we went over there in January, so it was too cold over there. when i asked for a heater at night (as i was freezing), they said 'no', and when i tried to argue they said - only you are feeling cold no one else is. i had the worst night of my trip.

Went there few years before during my Munnar trip.The resort was maintained very well. It has a very good garden. The rooms were also very nice. Had a good stay there.
It is a very good place to stay.

i had been to this disgusting place on 31st Jan 2017 for 02N stay with my friends (03 females).... 1st day went well but on the second day we got a call on our intercom sayin "do u want a body massage.... we will give u body massage'..... we hanged up fone and went to reception to check and what we saw there was totally disgusting. Manager was totally drunk and also the staff.... they started misbehavig with us... started shouting on us. We asked for the hotels owner number but they kept on giving excuses, so we had to call the police in the hotel at mid night...... i request u all to never opt for this hotel (especially ladies) ever in Munnar
