Worst ever sound proof walls!!! From 10pm to 3am, we are constantly awaken by commotion along the common corridors and other rooms. I think the hotel should be renamed a motel or hostel. Please note that we are staying at the 6th floor, superior loft, and I never expect it to be a typical Singapore flat where you can hear neighbour coughing.
Breakfast area is super small and packed with Indians and Chinese. Please don't bother to spend money for a stay cation. It is not worth it!!!!

I know SG is one of the most expensive cities in the world and that space is limited there. When I visit or transit I also often stay with relatives there, so this was my first time to stay in a hotel in SG. I was prepared to manage my expectations but was still surprised at how small the Superior Room was. Shower and toilet were tiny, sink was outside bathroom, no closets. OK, I thought, they're trying to manage space constraints. But we followed the advice here on TripAdvisor and had asked for a room on a higher floor facing the street, so that helped. We stayed there for 6 nights and our room booking didn't include breakfast. This was OK though as the in-house breakfast place was quite small, always packed, with a long queue, and there were good hawker centers a short walk away. Hotel facilities are nice and modern, staff are helpful. When it rains even slightly they don't allow guests to access the rooftop pool.

Need to upgrade the tv set system cant watch any tv programs on the tv itself. Can add some online movies and dramas softwares that can entertain the customers.
The room i am staying is abit small too
But overall still quite good.

Rooms are clean and big. Location is good. Able to find food easily. The food offered at the Chinese restaurant is nice. Great value for money. Will come back for my next staycation. Recommended place to stay in.

The room was small but cleanliness and service was awesome. It is also very near to market place. They provide free simcard with mobile phone which has free calls and internet.
Swimming pool and gym area is also best.
