kachra house keeping no service no proper food at restaurant ,front office really stinks
staff was not upto the mark ,,manager was about to kill us .language issue ,, dont know how to talk to the guest.,worst of all the properties in kerala,staffs not well educated.breakfast was the only thing that was ok and came to the mark.

View from the room balcony is awesome but cleanliness and toilets are not the expectations
Staff are good but lack of communication
And there are no sign boards from Munnar town to heading towards resort

It's simply wastage of time and money. Highly dirty, shabby n food in which insects are also served. Mattress are broken, balcony sheds are torn, washroom is very unhygienic and dinning area is smelly and full of insects and flies.

Terrific views of the valley and sunrises, calm and peaceful. Your bucks stop there.
Don't double click on housekeeping, food, service and etiquette.
Good stay, if you are not too messy with hotel services.

My Experience with this hotel is very good. I stayed here for two nights and I find it out to be the best within the budget. The rooms are very spacious but don't go by seeing the images they posted on their website. Restroom has very little space but we can manage it. I only had breakfast in the morning as we preferred having the food outside most of the times while traveling. Looking for good food is always challenging when you travel outside.
