- Do I need to become a Via member to book?
- Not at all. We only need your email address to send you confirmation of your bookings.
Once you become a Via member, we will reward you with Via points for your purchases. - How do I become a Via member?
- Click Member Sign in on the top right-hand corner of our home page to find the registration information.
- How do I change my password?
- Click on "My Account" on the home page and click "My Profile". You will see "Change password" on the first line. Select this option to create a new password.
- How do I review or update my profile information?
- Click on "My Account" on the home page to see your account information. Click "My Profile" located alongside My Accounts to update.
- What can I do with my Via points?

Via points can be used to redeem online for flight tickets, hotel room nights, holiday packages and many more gifts provided by Via. It can also be used for redemption while shopping or dining at restaurants.

- How are Via points accumulated?
- As soon as you register as a Via member, 100 points will be automatically awarded to your account. Any hotel, flight or package bookings you make in the future with Via will gain you points.

- Click on the "My Account" tab at the top right-hand side of the home page. You will see how many points you have.
- Do my Via points ever expire?
- Via points never expire.
- How long after making a reservation are my points credited to my account?

The moment any flight or hotel reservation is confirmed, Via points shall be credited to your account
- How do I look up my current reservation?
- Click "My Account" on the home page to obtain access to your reservation lists.
- Can I redeem and earn Via Membership Points on the same transaction?
- This facility is presently not available with Via Membership Program. Either a member can redeem points on a transaction or gain points. As per company policy, both are not allowed on the same transaction.
